Syllabus
How the course is built
Four parts, applied to your own real decisions throughout. First, how we decide — a short, practical grounding in decision science: bias, heuristics and uncertainty. Second, AI in the loop — where AI genuinely improves a decision and where it quietly misleads. Third, interrogating AI — testing outputs for bias, error and false confidence, and weighing evidence against hype. Fourth, deciding well — applying the frameworks to decisions you actually face, and defending them.
Audience
Who it's for
- Managers and professionals who make consequential decisions and want to use AI to think better, not less.
- Relevant across every sector.
